Board of Trustees of Trust Funds meeting minutes
DATE: ~April 27, 2013 5 p.m.
LOCATION: ~~Greenvale Cemetery
PRESENT: ~Chairman Margo Charig Bliss, Jan Moller; Gil Bliss ex-officio.
1. The board voted to authorize former Trustee Gil Bliss to close the Fire Rescue Apparatus Capital Reserve Fund and the Town Building Maintenance Capital Reserve Fund, currently held at People’s United Bank, if necessary, pending action by People’s United Bank.
2. The board discussed the Sayles Fund and possible use by the town’s scouting groups. The board will seek guidance from Terry Knowles of the state Charitable Trust Division, about petitioning the Probate Court for a potential change of use for that trust fund.
3. The Trustees adjourned at 5:14 p.m.
